D & M Contracting Inc is a heavy construction company based in Western Pennsylvania. For the past 25 years, we have worked in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Maryland. Primarily an underground utility contractor working with natural gas companies, sewer, and water projects.
D & M Contracting Inc is a family-owned company, started by Dennis and Martin Castelli, who decided to use their combined knowledge and expertise to create a thriving heavy construction company.
